Abstract (English):
The article focuses on the pedagogical possibilities of the educational process at the University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, contributing to the formation of professional self-determination of cadets during their training at an educational organization, as well as during their professional practice based on the activation of the subject of the educational process.The activation of the educational activities of cadets is aimed at forming interest in the chosen profession through game forms of teaching, involving practical staff in organizing and conducting classes. It is concluded that the activation of subjects of training contributes to a deeper immersion of cadets in the features of professional activities of a police officer. As part of the research, the author conducted a survey of cadets on the subject of attitudes towards the profession of a police officer, on the basis of which the importance and significance of professional self-determination of cadets is revealed. The types of training sessions in an educational organization that most contribute to approaching practice and developing practical skills were analyzed. In conclusion, it is stated that in modern conditions, high-quality training of cadets requires a review of existing pedagogical technologies, an increase in the role of active participation of cadets in the educational process.
