Abstract (English):
The article discusses the brainstorming method as an effective form of interactive training for future lawyers. The author shares his experience of using brainstorming in the process of teaching students judicial eloquence and professional legal communications. It is emphasized that the brainstorming method contributes to the development of professionally important communication skills of students. It is concluded that it is necessary to actively introduce this method into the learning process at a law school, as well as the expediency of using this method in combination with other forms of interactive and traditional teaching methods. The purpose of the article is to draw the attention of researchers to the problems of introducing the most effective interactive forms of learning into the educational process, developing a methodology for using brainstorming based on the study of the relevant experience of law school teachers.
