INTERRELATIONS OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF FORENSIC CHARACTERISTICS OF FRAUD COMMITTED USING INTERNET ADVERTISEMENT SERVICES

Abstract (English):
The article examines the relationships between the structural elements of the forensic characteristics of remote fraud committed using Internet advertisement services. The author identifies six key elements that reflect the mechanism of committing a crime in cyberspace. The concept of interrelations and interdependencies of the considered elements as a basis for forming a holistic structural and information model of the crime is substantiated. The practical importance of identifying stable patterns of inter-element relationships of the forensic characteristics is emphasized to improve the effectiveness of investigating the category of crimes in question in the context of the digital transformation of crime.
