EVIDENCE OBTAINED USING SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE IN THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES INVOLVING MINORS: THEIR RELIABILITY, RELEVANCE AND ADMISSIBILITY

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the issues of application of special knowledge in the process of preliminary investigation in criminal cases involving minors. It discloses the concepts of admissibility, reliability and sufficiency of evidence, determines their place in criminal proceedings, their relationships with each other and sources of occurrence. The author examines various approaches to understanding these properties assuming the historical analysis of their formation. The conclusion is substantiated that the evidence should be considered by the subjects of the investigation in their entirety, ensuring a comprehensive resolution of the case, taking into account the characteristics of minor participants in criminal proceedings.
