Abstract (English):
The article examines the organizational, legal and applied features of the operational-search measure “inspection of premises, buildings, structures, areas and vehicles” in identifying and solving crimes, since it is thanks to it that it becomes possible to obtain objects of the material world, which will subsequently acquire the status of evidence. An analysis is made of the concept of this operational-search measure, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia regulating the procedure for its implementation. Taking into account the conducted research, the concept of inspection of premises, buildings, structures, terrain and vehicles is formulated.
