EUROPEAN RESUSCITATION COUNCIL GUIDELINES FOR RESUSCITATION 2021 IN TEACHING «FIRST AID» IN EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS OF THE MIA OF RUSSIA

Abstract (English):
This article is about the questions of in-putting scientific researches in resuscitation in increasing of effectiveness cardio-pulmonary resuscitation in teaching activity such subject as “First Aid” in educational organizations of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia. The new features of the methods of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation were discussed. These actions were presented in the recommendation of European Resuscitation council and were produced during Congress which was 25–26 March 2021 in Antwerpen (Belgium). The next items were estimated in Recommendation which are necessary to introduce in educational process of teaching for the topics of subject “First Aid” concerns making cardio-pulmonary resuscitation: the features of compressions of the thorax without using external lung ventilation; algorithm of actions with utilizing mobile phone devices for information supporting from emergency medical and risky services estimation of the additional signs of cardio arrest on the basis of evaluation of the breathing features; time period for making two exhalations to casualty; prohibition for pre-cardiac hit; supposing frequency of external breathing there lung external ventilation of the lung only; the features of the cycle resuscitation for children. These points of the Recommendation of making cardio-pulmonary resuscitation are necessarily to use in the educational process for receiving skills of the first aid via appropriate didactic methods during trainings on the classes “First Aid”.
