Abstract (English):
The article deals with the problem of formation of anti-corruption culture of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, presented as a measure of prevention of corruption crimes. The authors substantiate the features of its formation taking into account the specifics of the departmental university, considering the professionally important qualities of a police officer capable of resisting corruption; point out important aspects of the education of future employees of the internal affairs bodies, determine the circumstances that contribute to the commission of corruption crimes and consider the directions of the system of anti-corruption education and the formation of an anti-corruption culture of the future employee of the internal affairs bodies. The authors cite a number of conditions that contribute to the formation of anti-corruption behavior among cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
