SOME ASPECTS OF DELIBERATE DISSEMINATION OF KNOWINGLY FALSE INFORMATION IN THE MASS MEDIA AND TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORKS

Abstract (English):
The article reveals some features of the deliberate dissemination of knowingly false information in the media and telecommunications networks. The authors indicate under what conditions the information can be recognized as slander, and disclose the mandatory signs of slander. In addition, it is noted what should be attributed to the media and to online publications, as well as when false information is considered widespread.
