Abstract (English):
In order to develop theoretical and practical proposals regarding the harmonization of regulatory and legal regulation of the sphere of ensuring transport security, improving the state of functional interaction of subjects of its provision, this work will analyze legislation regulating public relations arising on issues of ensuring the appropriate type of industry security; . considered educational and methodological documentation used in the field of transport education; the legal uncertainties that arise in the framework of the practical implementation of counteracting acts of unlawful interference are highlighted, and proposals are made to improve the procedural part of the exchange of information. Particular attention is paid to intra-industry communication in terms of receiving, processing and transmitting information between specialized entities. A promising direction of positive legal.
