The article deals with legal and organizational issues related to the application of the procedure for monitoring students in distance learning - proctoring. The legal possibility of using these systems based on domestic software is noted, including during the intermediate and fnal state certifcation of students. The problematic issues of the organization of the proctoring system, as well as the conditions necessary to ensure its functioning of such a system are indicated.
