PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF MAIN INVESTIGATION ACTIONS

Abstract (English):
The article raises the problems of taking into account the psychological aspects in the conduct of the main investigative actions: interrogation, search and inspection of the scene. The author reveals psychological techniques that increase the effectiveness of interrogation as a kind of communication. The article deals with the psychological features of the investigator’s activity during the search and the searched person for the effective search for material evidence. The author analyzes the specificity of the reflection of the psychology of the personality of the offender in the material environment of the scene.
