Abstract (English):
The article examines the legal basis of conducting public events in the field of education, culture, sports and youth policy within the borders of the federal territory of Sirius. The author analyzes the existing powers of the public authorities of the “Sirius” federal territory in the sphere of public relations under consideration, in particular, the authority to carry out legal regulation on issues of ensuring public order and public safety within the boundaries of the territory under study. Special attention is drawn to the legal norm providing for the possibility of refusing to the organizer to hold a public event due to the discrepancy between the objec tives of such an event and the goals (priority directions) of the development of the “Sirius” federal territory.
