TRANSFORMATION OF APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING THE GENESIS OF THE STATE IN THE CONDITIONS OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF STATEHOOD
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Abstract. The article considers the process of formation and development of scientific ideas about the genesis of the state in the philosophical-legal and juridical doctrine. The peculiarities of the emergence and consistent transformation of the theological theory of the origin of the state, which prevails in the conditionsof transition from the primary forms of self-organization of society to political organization and the implementation of public-power relations, are investigated. Based on the correlation of political, legal, socio-economic determinants and the interdependence of demographic, national-ethnic, geopolitical, sociological, psychological factors, the specificity of scientific ideas about the genesis of the state during the development of natural and social sciences is represented. The author demonstrates the conditionality of the process of the origin of the state both by political, legal, social and economic realities, and by the socio-cultural level of human development and society as a whole. The role of the essential-value discourse in understanding the genesis of the state is shown.
