This article is devoted to linguodidactics from the point of view of its educational impact in the process of foreign language professional training of cadets of universities of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation. The author focuses on the education of future police officers of traditional values as moral guidelines in teaching foreign languages. The ways and means of educational interaction are determined through the use of both traditional and innovative methods, means of linguodidactics and education in foreign language lessons.
