Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of issues related to ensuring the security of business activities in the context of global sanctions policy from countries unfriendly to Russia. The author summarizes and analyzes, from the point of view of expediency and effectiveness, administrative measures of a preventive and punitive nature taken by the state against entrepreneurs, aimed at reducing the punitive burden on business entities.
