The article is devoted to the problem of teaching the negotiation process in law schools. The idea of special importance of developing studentsʼ practical skills and negotiation skills is carried out both in terms of qualitative communication training of future lawyers and in terms of successful professional activity of trained specialists. Specific recommendations on the organization of the process of training negotiation are given, specific methods of teaching practical technologies of the modern negotiation process are offered.
