Abstract (English):
The entire historical cycle of development of human society indicates that new technologies, caused by civilizational processes, brought it not only various advantages associated with ensuring life and increasing comfort, but also gave rise to a lot of various risks, leading in turn to the onset of undesirable social consequences in society. With the emergence of legal relations, it became obvious to humanity that perfect legal regulation is the most important of the necessary social regulators, with the help of which it is possible to simultaneously achieve the necessary solutions to stimulate the improvement of technological processes, as well as minimize the potential threats that accompany the introduction of new technologies. In the process of research, the author proved that in the development of modern society, many risks arise, in particular due to thedevelopment of artificial intelligence technologies. Therefore, the most important task of scientists and lawyers is to work on the legal regulation of new technologies, building legislation in the field of artificial intelligence that will minimize the onset of negative consequences arising in the process of digitalization.
