Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the procedure for remote performance of notarial acts between participants in family legal relations. The relevance of the use of electronic document management with the participation of several notaries is noted. Its positive and negative sides are highlighted. The adopted novelties are guarantees of the right to protection for both citizens and organizations. Today, notarial certification of a transaction accompanied by video recording can reduce the risk of its invalidation.
