The study is devoted to the problems of staffing educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with teachers in the field of professionally applied physical training. The criteria for assessing candidates entering the service that affect the effectiveness of the educational process of personnel are highlighted, the need to improve vocational training is noted, as well as optimization options for hiring employees to fill positions that organize and carry out physical training in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
