The paper presents the multifaceted activities of Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as a key educational and scientific center in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The authors analyze its historical evolution, contribution to the training of highly qualified legal personnel, and the direct participation of personnel in ensuring public safety, eliminating the consequences of emergency situations, and maintaining law and order during major sociopolitical and sports events. Particular attention is paid to the institute’s outstanding graduates, that clearly demonstrates its role in strengthening the personnel of internal affairs agencies and other security agencies at the federal and regional levels.
