ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARRYING OUT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THE TRANSPORT SECTOR WITHOUT A LICENSE

Abstract:
This article discusses certain issues related to the application of administrative liability for carrying out entrepreneurial activities in the field of transport without a license. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the development of scientific understanding of the essence of legal regulation of transport activities, as well as in justifying the need to improve the licensing system as an element of ensuring law and order in the economic sphere. The article establishes that one of the reasons for the prevalence of activities without a license is the imperfection of state control mechanisms and the lack of effective sanctions. Recommendations for government agencies to optimize the procedures for licensing and monitoring of entrepreneurial activities are developed.
