Противодействие незаконному обороту наркотиков, осуществляемое субъектами оперативно-разыскной деятельности, представляет собой преимущественно негласную деятельность. Она характеризуется не только наличием определенных прав, обязанностей и ответственности сторон, но и особым документальным оформлением принимаемых решений и получаемых результатов. С учетом сложности предмета исследования представляется необходимым использование системы принципов реализации актов правоприменения, направленных на обеспечение единства и объективности правоприменительного процесса в рассматриваемой сфере. В статье предложено авторское понятие актов правоприменения в оперативно-разыскной деятельности, рассмотрены принципы реализации актов правоприменения.

Counteraction to illicit drug trafficking, carried out by the subjects of operational-search activity, is mainly covert activity. It is characterized not only by the presence of certain rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties, but also by the special documentation of the decisions made and the results obtained. Given the complexity of the subject of research, it seems necessary to use a system of principles for the implementation of law enforcement acts aimed at ensuring the unity and objectivity of the law enforcement process in the area under consideration. The article proposes the author’s concept of law enforcement acts in operational-investigative activities, the principles of implementation of law enforcement acts are considered.
