В свете внедрения в образовательную деятельность образовательных организаций высшего образования федеральных образовательных стандартов нового поколения актуальным представляется вопрос о содержании здоровьесберегающих технологий в образовательных программах вузов. Вместе с тем профессорско-преподавательским составом ведомственных вузов данная цель понимается только в одной плоскости – совершенствовании физической подготовки курсантов. Из виду совсем утеряна главная составляющая здоровьесбережения – осознанное и всестороннее формирование здорового образа жизни будущего сотрудника. Целью нашей работы явилась разработка научного обоснования по формированию здоровьесберегающей компетенции в образовательных организациях уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации.

In the light of the introduction of federal educational standards of the new generation into the educational activities of educational institutions of higher education, the issue of the content of health-saving technologies in the educational programs of universities is relevant. At the same time, the teaching staff of departmental universities understands this goal only in one aspect – improving the physical training of students. And the main component of health saving is completely lost from sight - the conscious formation of a healthy lifestyle for the future employee. The purpose of our study is to develop a scientific rationale for the formation of health-saving competence in educational organizations of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation.
