В статье анализируется правовая природа обязательств в сфере оказания услуг путем заключения договора о транспортно-экспедиционной деятельности и его исполнения. Исследуется соотношение теоретического толкования и законодательного регулирования правовой природы договора транспортной экспедиции. Рассматриваются различные подходы в части разграничения договора транспортно-экспедиционных услуг от смежных договоров, регулирующих услуги по перевозке.

The article analyzes the legal nature of obligations in the field of rendering services by concluding an agreement on transport and forwarding activities and its execution. It examines the relationship between theoretical interpretation and legislative regulation of the legal nature of a transport forwarding contract. Various approaches in terms of distinguishing a transport forwarding contract from related contracts regulating transportation services are considered.
