В статье рассматриваются самый сложный тип диалога – спор и одна из главных проблем риторики – искусство ведения спора. Автор делится своим опытом обучения мастерству ведения спора студентов юридического вуза в рамках преподавания речевых дисциплин. Подчеркивается особая значимость владения юристами искусством спора для эффективной реализации всех форм юридической коммуникации в процессе осуществления профессиональной деятельности. Делается вывод о необходимости активного внедрения в образовательный процесс различных интерактивных технологий, способствующих развитию у будущих юристов профессионально необходимых навыков аргументационной деятельности, предполагающих владение мастерством спора. Цель статьи – привлечь внимание исследователей к проблемам коммуникативной подготовки студентов юридических вузов, в частности развития у будущих юристов мастерства аргументации и контраргументации как основополагающих элементов формирования профессиональных навыков, и совершенствования методики преподавания речевых дисциплин с учетом актуальных требований федерального государственного образовательного стандарта и соответствующего опыта специалистов юридических высших учебных заведений.
The article examines the most complex type of dialogue – a dispute, and one of the main problems of rhetoric – the art of argumentation. The author shares his experience of teaching the art of argumentation to law students as part of the teaching of speech disciplines. The article emphasizes the importance of lawyers’ mastery of the art of argumentation for the effective implementation of all forms of legal communication in the course of their professional activities. The author concludes that it is necessary to implement actively various interactive technologies into the educational process, which will help future lawyers develop the necessary skills of argumentation and the art of argumentation. The purpose of this article is to draw the attention of researchers to the problems of communicative training of law students, in particular, the development of future lawyers’ skills in argumentation and counter-argumentation as fundamental elements of the formation of professional skills, and the improvement of the methodology for teaching speech disciplines, taking into account the current requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and the relevant experience of specialists from law universities.
