Тема финансовых пирамид остается актуальной в современном обществе, представляя собой серьезную угрозу для экономики и благосостояния граждан. Данная работа рассматривает механизмы функционирования финансовых пирамид, их привлекательность для инвесторов, а также последствия, которые эти схемы могут иметь для вкладчиков и всей экономической системы. Особое внимание уделяется правовым мерам, направленным на борьбу с такими мошенническими схемами, включая особенности уголовного законодательства, и роли правоохранительных органов в предупреждении и расследовании подобных преступлений. Анализируется механизмы, с помощью которых организаторы пирамид привлекают новые вложения, а также стратегии, которые могут помочь в выявлении и предотвращении их деятельности. Основной вывод заключается в необходимости комплексного подхода к повышению финансовой грамотности граждан, предупреждении о рисках, связанных с инвестициями, а также в активном сотрудничестве различных государственных и финансовых институтов в борьбе с данной проблемой.

The topic of pyramid schemes remains relevant in modern society, posing a serious threat to the economy and the well-being of citizens. This paper examines the functioning mechanisms of financial pyramids, their attractiveness to investors, as well as the consequences that these schemes can have for depositors and the entire economic system. Special attention is paid to legal measures aimed at combating such fraudulent schemes, including the specifics of the criminal code, and the role of law enforcement agencies in preventing and investigating such crimes. The article analyzes the mechanisms by which pyramid organizers attract new investments, as well as strategies that can help identify and prevent the activities of such schemes. The main conclusion is that there is a need for an integrated approach to educating citizens about financial literacy and the risks associated with investments, as well as active cooperation between various government and financial institutions in combating this problem.
