Авторы рассматривают ошибки в определении и применении тактических приемов при проведении первоначальных следственных действий, а также неполный комплекс следственных и иных мероприятий как проблему в вопросах расследования жестокого обращения с животными, которые негативно сказываются на полноте и качестве расследования. В статье проанализированы основные проблемы правоприменительной практики расследования рассматриваемого вида преступления. На основе проведенного анализа предложены пути их решения.

The authors consider errors in the definition and application of tactics during the initial investigative actions, as well as an incomplete set of investigative and other measures as a problem in the investigation of cruelty to animals, which negatively affect the completeness and quality of the investigation. The article analyzes the main problems of law enforcement practice in investigating the type of crime under consideration. On the basis of the analysis carried out, the ways of their solution are proposed.
