В статье рассмотрена статистическая информация МВД России и Судебного департамента при Верховном Суде Российской Федерации за период с 2015 по 2021 годы о количестве зарегистрированных на территории страны преступлений, предусмотренных статьей 258 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации, динамике обвинительных приговоров по материалам уголовных дел, поступившим в суд, видах и размерах наказаний, а также данные о лицах, их совершивших. Описывается ряд причин высокой криминогенности данных деяний, приговоры судов и мнения ученых. Обращается внимание на принятые в указанный период меры по усилению уголовной ответственности за незаконную охоту и одновременно влияние института назначения наказания на достижение его целей, соразмерность вида и размера наказания со степенью общественной опасности совершенного деяния.
The article considers statistical for the time period from 2015 to 2021 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the number of crimes that were registered in the territory of Russia, provided for in Article 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the dynamics of their detection, types and amounts of punishments, as well as data on the persons who committed them. A number of reasons for the high criminogenicity of these acts, court verdicts and opinions of scientists are described. The attention of state authorities is drawn to the measures taken during the specified period to strengthen criminal liability for illegal hunting and, at the same time, the influence of the institution of sentencing on the correction of convicts, the proportionality of the type and size of punishment with the degree of public danger of the committed acts.
