В статье рассмотрены актуальные возможности использования технологических систем искусственного интеллекта в области обеспечения законности и правопорядка. Автор пришел к выводу о необходимости широкомасштабного создания и использования на международном уровне информационно-поисковых, справочных систем, а также баз данных и криминалистических алгоритмов, оптимизирующих временные и трудовые ресурсы сотрудников правоохранительных органов. В научной статье детально проанализированы критерии эффективности, надежности и предсказуемости коммуникативных систем искусственного интеллекта, а также высказаны предложения по совершенствованию отечественного и зарубежного законодательства.

The article considers the current possibilities of using artificial intelligence technology systems in the field of ensuring law and order. The author came to the conclusion about the need for large-scale creation and use at the international level of information retrieval, reference systems, as well as databases and forensic algorithms that optimize the time and labor resources of law enforcement officers. The scientific article analyzes in detail the criteria for the effectiveness, reliability and predictability of artificial intelligence communication systems, and also puts forward proposals for improving domestic and foreign legislation.
